How to make
Soak the gelatin in cold water for 15 min. Pour the milk in a pot, add the sugar and bring to a boil, then immediately remove from the stove.
Drain the gelatin and add it to the milk. Stir with a wooden spoon until the gelatin dissolves completely. To the cooled milk, add the yoghurt and whipped cream.
Distribute the mixture into bowls and leave in the fridge for 5 hours.
Dip the bowls for a few seconds in hot water and turn upside down onto plates, then serve.
Prepare a sauce by mashing/blending the strawberries with the sugar. Pour this sauce over the cream.
