How to make
Wash the apples and carve out the insides.
Boil the meat in salted water, drain it and cut it into small strips.
Sprinkle it with the cloves and fill the apples with this filling.
Arrange them in a tray and put a piece of butter in each.
Bake them in a 390°F (200 °C) oven until the apples soften.
