How to make
In a bowl, mix the butter with the sugar and walnuts. Add the raisins, chopped apricots and lemon peel to them.
Wash and carve the apples, but be careful not to cut through the bottom. Arrange them in a baking pan.
Fill them with the prepared filling. Pour a little water and bake them at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
Towards the end of baking, take them out and put a teaspoon of honey in each one.
Place the stuffed apples back in the oven for a few minutes.
