How to make
Put the cake layer in a baking dish. Syrup it with the apple juice and smear on the jam. Distribute the ice cream over the layer and then put it in the freezer.
Beat the egg whites until you get a fluffy snow. Add 1 tbsp of the brown sugar at a time until you run out. Take the cake out of the freezer and pour on the whites on top, smooth them out with a knife.
Put back in the freezer and chill for at least an hour. Bake the cake for 5 min. in a 430°F (220 °C) oven and serve right away.
