How to make
Blend the flour with the cocoa, sugar and butter until the mixture becomes crumbly. Transfer it to a floured surface and knead a dough carefully.
Butter a 12″ x 8″ tray and put the lightly rolled out dough in it. Bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for 20 min.
For the caramel, heat the condensed milk, sugar and butter and boil 10 min. until you get a creamy consistency. Pour it onto the cocoa layer and spread it all over with a spatula, then cool.
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath and pour it over the pie. Cool the pie and cut it into squares.
