How to make
Heat the oil and butter in a pot, add the chopped bacon, potatoes and white part of the celery.
Saute for 5 min, pour in the broth and boil. Boil 20 min. until the potatoes soften.
Add the chicken, green part of the celery, milk, cream and a little salt and black pepper.
Boil 5 min, add the spinach and a little nutmeg. After 2 more min. the dish will be ready, if desired you can mash everything a little.
