Ingredients

  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • butter - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • bacon - 4 slices, smoked
  • potatoes - 26.5 oz (750 g)
  • chicken broth - 3 4/5 cups (900 ml)
  • leeks - 2 small bunches
  • celery - 1 stick
  • cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • chicken - 7 oz (200 g), boiled
  • milk - 2 1/2 cups (600 ml), low fat
  • spinach - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • nutmeg
  • black pepper

How to make

Heat the oil and butter in a pot, add the chopped bacon, potatoes and white part of the celery.

Saute for 5 min, pour in the broth and boil. Boil 20 min. until the potatoes soften.

Add the chicken, green part of the celery, milk, cream and a little salt and black pepper.

Boil 5 min, add the spinach and a little nutmeg. After 2 more min. the dish will be ready, if desired you can mash everything a little.
