  • yufka - 1 packet
  • eggs - 5
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • ham - 9 oz (250 g)
  • parsley

How to make

Boil the yufka in salted water. Drain and pour the heated butter over it. Stir and put it in an oven dish. Add the diced ham.

Bake shortly and pour on the whipped eggs, seasoned with salt and finely chopped parsley. Bake the yufka until golden. Serve it with green salad.
