How to make
Boil the spaghetti and drain them. In a pot on the stove, heat 3-4 tablespoons of oil and fry the finely crushed onion and carrot. Once softened, add the finely chopped ham and stir until fried.
Beat the cream with mayonnaise and spices with a mixer and pour the sauce in to the ham and vegetables. Stir for a few minutes until it bubbles and after a bit, remove it from the heat.
Mix the resulting sauce with the spaghetti or serve a plate of spaghetti topped with 2-3 tablespoons of the sauce.
