How to make
Cut the veal loins into steaks about 1/4″ (0.5 cm) thick. Rub them with spices, pour soya sauce on and leave for at least 2-3 hours to marinade.
Wash the vegetables well and cut them finely. Transfer them to a deep bowl, add the corn and red beans, season and stir well. Grill the marinated meat 2-3 min. per side.
Toast the tortillas (you can use pancakes) briefly on the grill, put a little of the veal in the middle and pour on the vegetable mixture.
Wrap the fajitas and serve warm.
