How to make

Prepare a cake layer by beating the eggs to foam and adding 1 cup sugar and the vanilla. Add the flour, stir everything and pour it into a buttered cake pan.

Bake for 40 min. at 360°F (180 °C). Take it out and cut it into 3 parts so that you end up with 3 layers. While the layer bakes, prepare the cream. Beat the butter into foam with the remaining sugar and then add this cream.

Prepare the egg white cream. Combine the water with the sugar and let them come to a boil, then lower the stove and boil a syrup about 15 min. Beat the egg whites with the salt into snow. Pour the syrup in a thin trickle into the egg whites while beating constantly with a mixer.

Continue beating until the cream cools. Smear the cooled cake layers with the other cream and arrange them on top of each other, then cover with egg white cream at the very top.
