How to make
Boil the potatoes, peel them and cut into pieces of similar size.
Cut the bacon into strips and braise them for 1 min. Take them out of the pan and pour the potatoes into the same oil. Salt them and braise another 2-3 min.
In the meantime, beat the eggs with the cream and spices. Pour them over the potatoes, arrange the bacon and finely chopped green onions on top.
Put the lid on top and fry until ready.
