"When it comes to meringues with brown sugar, you can`t eat just one."

Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 whites
  • cream - 1/2 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • brown sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)

How to make

Preheat the oven 250°F (120°C). Begin beating the whites with the cream for about 1 min.

Then while beating nonstop, start adding 1 tablespoon of the powdered sugar at a time until you get beautiful, shiny tips. And the brown sugar and continue beating.

Using a spoon, pour the meringues into a large oven dish containing baking paper and put them to dry for about 3 hours in the oven. Serve them once cool.
