How to make
Soak the bread in the milk. Mash it after a bit, add the mince, finely chopped onion and salt.
Stir and form balls. Roll them in flour and fry in heated oil.
Transfer the fried meatballs to a pot, add the broth, paste, garlic and spices. Saute on low heat for 15 minutes.
Add a teaspoon of ketchup and before serving, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Serve with a garnish of your choice.
