Whisk the eggs in a bowl. To them add the diced cheese and sausages. The cheese can be grated.
Stir well and season with salt to taste. Then pour everything into a pan with heated oil and leave it on the heat.
Flip it over carefully after a few minutes. Once the omelette is ready, serve it with mixed spices or crumbled feta cheese.
