For the cream, beat the slightly warmed butter with the powdered sugar and add the yolks with the essence, beating well once more.
Distribute the cold cream on top of the slightly warm layer or vice versa - the slightly warm cream on top of the cooled layer. Cover with chocolate sprinkles or grated chocolate.
