"The perfect pork kavarma, wrapped in an elegant omelette and made with lots of love."

Ingredients

  • pork - 28 oz (800 g)
  • eggs - 8
  • wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • tomatoes - 3 - 4
  • vegetable oil - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • chili peppers - 1
  • onions - 1 - 2 onion
  • parsley
  • savory herb - 1 pinch
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Cut the meat into pieces and saute it in the oil and a little water.

Then successively add the chopped onions, tomatoes, chili peppers, wine and spices. Saute until the mixture remains mostly in just oil.

Before serving, fry 4 omelettes, arrange the meat on top of them and serve.
