How to make
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a tray and add the bacon that's been chopped into pieces, then the sliced onions. Stir and add the chopped tomatoes and spices.
Once everything is fried well, add the meat - deboned, tenderized, salted and tied with a thread in advance.
Pour on a little water and let it saute until softened. Pour 1 cup of wine and let it finish cooking. Remove the meat and strain the sauce.
Serve the meat cut into slices, with sauce poured over it.
