Ingredients

  • mackerel - 2
  • potatoes - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • leeks - 1 stalk
  • lemon - 1 stalk
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp.
  • dill - 3 stalks
  • parsley - 3 stalks
  • salt, black pepper and paprika - to taste

How to make

The mackerel is baked on kitchen paper for 30 minutes, previously salted and seasoned with lemon.

The potatoes are boiled with their skins on. They are peeled and diced.

The leek stalk is coarsely chopped and fried in olive oil until cooked.

The chopped boiled potatoes are added to it, seasoned with salt, black pepper and paprika.

A base of potatoes and leeks is made.

A piece of mackerel is placed on it and it is poured with lemon juice.

It is sprinkled with chopped parsley and dill.
