  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 4 - 5
  • milk - 4/5 cup (175 ml)
  • cheese - 4.5 oz (125 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • oil

How to make

Put the potatoes to boil. Once they cool, cut them into slices and fry in heated oil.

Break the eggs on top, salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Finally, add the grated cheese and milk. Mix well and serve immediately with salad.
