How to make
Beat the ingredients for the cake layers with a mixer until you get a thick cocoa mixture.
Divide into three baking trays (25 cm) previously greased and lined with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes. Leave the cake layers to cool down well.
To prepare the cream, heat the confectionery cream and before it boils, remove from the heat and add the broken chocolate.
Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture. Let it cool and become thicker.
Start layering the cake: cake layer, a layer of cream, etc. Before finishing the cake and pouring it with the rest of the cream, leave it in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes and then pour the rest of the cream.
Decorate the chocolate cake with mayonnaise with a decoration of your choice by Dr. Oetker.
