"This homemade chocolate soufflé is the perfect expression of your love for someone."

Ingredients

  • dark chocolate - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • egg - 1
  • sugar - 1 and 1/2 tbsp.
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling
  • butter
  • cocoa - for greasing and sprinkling the molds

How to make

Melt the chocolate and butter.

Beat the egg and sugar in a bowl.

Add the chocolate mixture.

Add the flour.

Grease the molds with butter and sprinkle with cocoa.

Pour the mixture for the chocolate soufflé into the molds and place them in a preheated oven.

Bake for 10-11 minutes at 430°F (220°C).
