"Cocoa sponge cake with bananas and chocolate - no flour and excess calories, so that you can make it every day."

Ingredients

  • bananas - 4
  • eggs - 3
  • vanilla sugar - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • baking powder - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • cocoa - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • milk - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
  • butter - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • black chocolate - 5.3 oz (150 g)

How to make

We blend 3 banana to a smooth puree.

We add the eggs to it and again blend until smooth.

Add baking powder, vanilla sugar and cocoa to the mixture and again blend to a homogeneous mixture.

We prepare a 8″ (20 cm) tray in diameter and place baking paper at the bottom.

Pour the mixture into the tray.

Cut one banana and crush half of the chocolate.

Distribute the sliced ​​banana and crushed chocolate on the mixture in the tray.

Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for 40 minutes.

Melt the remaining chocolate, milk and butter in a water bath.
