How to make
Mix the flour, powdered sugar (40 g) and a pinch of salt, add the cold butter cut into cubes and rub it until crumbs form.
Add 1-2 tbsp. sour cream and gather the dough into a ball.
Roll out 2/3 of the dough onto baking paper into a circle and place it in a small baking pan (about 17 cm).
Roll out the remaining dough into a circle and put everything in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Peel the pears and cut them into slices.
Spread the dough base with the egg white and sprinkle with semolina.
Mix the cream cheese, 1 tbsp. powdered sugar, vanilla and egg yolk and spread the mixture on the base, then add the pears.
Make the lattice from the dough that you set aside, spread it with the egg white and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake the Pie with Pears and Cream Cheese in a preheated oven at 370°F (190°C) for about 35-40 minutes.
