Ingredients

  • flour - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • water - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • dry yeast - 1.5 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1.5 tsp.
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • for the filling
  • field mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g) Champignons
  • leeks - 7 oz (200 g)
  • oil - 3 tbsp.
  • sour cream - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • dried dill - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • yolks - 1 for spreading

How to make

Knead a soft dough from flour, water, oil, sugar, salt and dry yeast and leave it in a warm place for an hour (you can use a bread machine).

During this time, prepare the filling.

Wash and chop the leeks and stew it in the heated oil.

Add the chopped mushrooms for the pie and cook until the liquid evaporates.

Add the cream and season with salt, black pepper and dried dill.

Divide the dough into 2 parts, spread out it in a mold and shape the sides.

Spread the filling and cover with the remaining part of the dough.

Spread the surface with the yolk and bake the savory pie in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
