How to make
The yarrow flowers, sugar, sliced lemon, citric acid and cold water are mixed well in a suitable container.
The container is covered and periodically stirred with a wooden stirrer. Keep at room temperature for 24 - 48 hours, but if it is colder, it can be longer.
At the moment when bubbles begin to form and the drink is carbonated, the liquid is strained through cheesecloth and placed in the refrigerator to slow down the fermentation.
The finished yarrow and lemon cider is ready to drink! Very tasty, slightly bitter and good for your health.
If desired, you can sweeten the cider additionally with homemade mint honey for more flavor.
Stay healthy!
