How to make
2 tbsp. of the herb are boiled for about 5 minutes in 450 ml. of water. Strain and drink 150 ml 3 times a day before food. In case of inflammation of the gums and oral cavity, you can gargle it.
Action: Anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, choleretic, stimulates the appetite. Its composition is the same as that of white yarrow.
Application: Yarrow tea is used for gastrointestinal inflammations, hemorrhoids, hemorrhages, nocturia, amenorrhea, kidney and bladder inflammations, malaria, rheumatism, hemostatic for cuts, nosebleeds, for boils, worms, loss of appetite, gum pain.
The herb is NOT recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
