How to make
We start by blending 2 bananas in the blender, then add 2 eggs to them and blend well again.
Then add 1.4 oz (40 g) of cocoa, 0.35 oz (10 g) of baking powder and 0.7 oz (20 g) of vanilla sugar and blend well again.
Next step: pour the mixture into a 8″ (20 cm) diameter baking pan and bake at 360°F (180°C) for 40 minutes. The oven should not have the fan on and bake with the top and bottom elements on.
While the chocolate cake is baking, melt the following in a water bath or in the microwave: 3.5 oz (100 g) of dark chocolate, 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of milk and 0.35 oz (10 g) of butter.
When the cake is ready, pour the chocolate topping over it and spread it with a brush, wait for it to cool and that's it.
