How to make
Wash the plums, cut them into pieces and divide them into two bowls.
Grind half of the oatmeal in a coffee grinder.
Put the oatmeal, sugar and chopped almonds in a bowl.
Add the butter and rub with your fingers.
Spread the mixture over the plums and bake the crumble in a preheated oven at 370°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes.
