"Orange cake for the soul - with a scoop of ice cream is perfect for summer"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 3
  • sugar - 11.3 oz (320 g)
  • orange juice - 5.75 fl oz (170 ml) /two oranges /
  • oil - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • grated peel of 1 orange
  • vanilla essence - 1 tsp.
  • flour - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • baking powder - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • cocoa - about 2 tbsp.
  • butter - for greasing
measures

How to make

Grease the cake tin with butter, sprinkle it with flour and put it in the refrigerator while you mix the cake.

Turn on the multicooker to heat up on the bake-300°F (150 °C) program. If you wish, you can bake the cake in the oven - turn it on at 320°F (160 °C).

First, beat the eggs and sugar well. Then add the rest of the ingredients without the cocoa. Mix nicely again. Take about 1/3 of the mixture and set aside. Put the cocoa in the other part and beat again.

First pour in the brown mixture, then the white and finally the brown again.

Baked the cake in a combined multicooker. Place a grid on the bottom of the multicooker's main bowl and place the cake mixture on it. I baked on the bake-300°F (150°C) program for 50 minutes.

You can bake the cake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for about 1 hour.

Allow the orange cake to cool and then flip and remove from the tin.
