Ingredients

  • apples - 3 pcs.
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • flour - 2 cups
  • sugar - 1.5 cups
  • vanilla - 1 pc. (0.2 g)
  • oil - 1 cup
  • walnuts - 1 cup (crushed)
  • baking powder - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • powdered sugar - for sprinkling

How to make

Beat the eggs and sugar, until the mixture turns white. Pour the oil, while stirring at all times.

Sift the flour along with the vanilla and baking powder, add them to the liquid ingredients.

Peel and dice the apples, pour them into the cake mixture. Towards the end, add the crushed walnuts.

Grease and flour a baking pan. Pour the mixture inside.

Preheat the oven to 370°F (190°C). Bake the apple pie for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle it with powdered sugar while it's still warm. Cut it and serve it.
