How to make
Whip the eggs, oil and sugar with a fork. Add the yoghurt with the baking soda mixed into it.
Add the flour and knead a medium hard dough. Knead for about 10 min. until bubbles form.
Divide the dough into 5 to 6 balls and let them sit for about 15 min. Then roll out each ball into a sheet.
Cut out circles using a glass and fry the sweets in hot oil. Serve them smeared with jam or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
