"Pork tenderloin with field mushrooms and Marsala - a classic combination that will leave everyone at the table infinitely satisfied."

Ingredients

  • pork tenderloin - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • field mushrooms - 2 cups
  • flour - 4 - 5 tbsp.
  • salt
  • garlic - 2 pinches powder
  • oregano - 2 pinches
  • olive oil - 1.7 fl oz (50 ml)
  • butter - 3 tbsp.
  • garlic - 2 cloves pressed
  • marsala wine - 1 cup

How to make

I prepare the dish in a cast iron pot or a similar one, but with a thick bottom.

Mix the flour, salt, garlic powder, oregano in a bowl. The pork tenderloins are rolled in the mixture.

Heat the olive oil and butter and fry the meat for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. In the same fat, add the sliced mushrooms and the pressed garlic.

Let it simmer for a few minutes and add the Marsala wine. Cover with a lid and let it simmer on low heat until it is completely tender. Stir occasionally.

The pork tenderloin with field mushrooms and Marsala dish is ready.
