How to make
I prepare the dish in a cast iron pot or a similar one, but with a thick bottom.
Mix the flour, salt, garlic powder, oregano in a bowl. The pork tenderloins are rolled in the mixture.
Heat the olive oil and butter and fry the meat for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side. In the same fat, add the sliced mushrooms and the pressed garlic.
Let it simmer for a few minutes and add the Marsala wine. Cover with a lid and let it simmer on low heat until it is completely tender. Stir occasionally.
The pork tenderloin with field mushrooms and Marsala dish is ready.
