  • sugar - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • vanilla - 1 tsp.
  • oil - 6.1 fl oz (180 ml)
  • cocoa - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • soda bicarbonate - 0.3 oz (9 g)
  • flour - 5.6 oz (160 g)
  • yogurt - 7 oz (200 g)
  • For the glaze
  • cocoa - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • water - 5.1 fl oz (150 ml)
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • sugar - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

For the favorite chocolate cake, beat the eggs and mix them with the sugar. Beat with a mixer until a creamy consistency is obtained.

Add the vanilla and oil and beat again for a few minutes.

Sift the cocoa and also add it. Mix the soda with the flour. Sift them also and transfer to the egg mixture. Add the yogurt.

Beat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Heat the oven to 360°F (180°C). Prepare a tray with baking paper (it is best if it has a removable bottom). Transfer the mixture there and bake the chocolate cake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

Check with a toothpick whether it is baked. If it is dry, our base is ready.

Pour the water for the glaze into a saucepan and put it on the stove at a medium temperature. Add the sugar and cocoa and stir constantly.

When the glaze has thickened, add the soft butter and stir until it melts.

Apply the finished chocolate glaze on the still warm cake base.
