How to make
Beat the egg with the sugar and oil in a bowl.
Pour the boiled tea into the cup with thick yogurt and stir, like ayran.
Add the baking powder and stir again. Pour in the egg, add vanilla, the two types of flour, and finally - finely chopped fig jam without the liquid.
Stir well to mix the products and pour into a small cake tin on baking paper or greased and sprinkled with flour.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.
We bake the cake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until a wooden toothstick comes out dry. Cool, cut into pieces and serve.
