How to make
Mix the soya milk, grapeseed oil, maple syrup or apple juice, the sugar, vinegar and vanilla in a bowl. Separately, mix and sift together the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
To the wet ingredients, while stirring continuously, add the dry ones and beat well with a mixer. Combine the mixture with raisins or walnuts and distribute the mix in a muffin tray up to 2/3 of the volume of each cup.
You can also use standard muffin forms with paper muffin baskets. Put the vegan dessert to bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven for 25-30 minutes or until the toothpick comes out dry.
Leave them to cool completely on a cooking grid.
