How to make
Wash the carrots well and grate them coarsely. Peel and grate the potatoes and zucchini coarsely. Take a pan with a lid, add 2/5 cup (100 ml) oil and put 1 teaspoon of salt in it. Add the grated vegetables and cheese, then put on a heated stove to saute for 10 minutes with the lid on.
Each pancake gets 1 tablespoon of filling. Wrap the pancakes by first folding them carefully inward, and then roll them up.
Take a baking dish. In it, arrange the rolled up pancakes. Top with the egg beaten with the milk. On top, pour in oil.
Bake the dish at 390°F (200 °C) until pinkish on top.
