  • eggs - 1
  • powdered sugar - 3 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • lemon juice - from 1 lemon, and the peel
  • butter - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • turmeric - 1 tsp.
  • vanilla essence - 1 tsp.
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp (10 g)
  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)

  • milk - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml)

How to make

Sift the flour with the baking powder.

Melt the butter in the microwave or in a water bath until liquid. Let it cool.

Crack the egg into the bowl and add in sequence the sugar, salt, juice and grated lemon peel, butter, turmeric and vanilla.

Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Use a fork or whisk. A mixer is not needed.

Add the flour with the baking powder and knead the dough. You don't need to knead with your hands, just use a wooden or silicone spatula or whatever is convenient for you.

Shape the finished cookie dough into balls. The size is your choice. Roll each ball in sugar to which you have added a little turmeric. Put them in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, then put them in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the chocolate with the milk and put them in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Pour the mixture into a bag and cut a small hole in the corner of the bag.
