How to make
Wash the quinoa and put it on the stove with 1 cup of water. When it boils, it is turned off and left covered for 15 minutes on the stove, until all the water is absorbed.
Cut the cucumber and pepper into cubes, the cabbage into strips, the spring onions into small pieces, and the parsley into fine pieces. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. All the vegetables are put in a large bowl. The strained corn is added to them.
For the dressing, sesame tahini is mixed with sesame oil, rice vinegar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, soy sauce, finely chopped garlic and ginger powder.
If needed, dilute with a little cold water.
Pour the delicious sauce over the quinoa and sesame dressing salad and mix well.
