Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • karnacheta - 17.5 oz (500 g) or other thin sausages
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • beer - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • savory - 1 tsp

How to make

Clean the potatoes, cut them and put them to blanch for 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain them and transfer them to a greased tray.

Season them with spices, distribute small lumps of butter and add the karnacheta, fixed with toothpicks in advance, to prevent them from falling apart.

Pour on the beer and put them to crisp in moderately heated oven until ready.
