How to make
The vegetables are cut.
Fry the onion, carrots and celery in hot oil. Garlic and spices are added to them and fried a little more.
Add the chopped mushrooms, potatoes, washed rice and tomato puree. Mix well and pour about 10 cups of water.
When the potatoes soften, add the washed lentils and chickpeas.
Finally, when everything in the healthy mushroom soup is cooked, add the washed spinach and season to taste, if needed.
Leave it until the spinach is soft and when it cools down, the shiitake mushroom and chickpea soup is ready to be served.
