  • boiled rice - 2 cups
  • dried shiitake mushrooms - 1 handful
  • salt - by taste
  • white wine - 1/2 cup
  • oil - 1 cup
  • black pepper

How to make

Soak the mushrooms for 20 minutes and strain them.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and pour the mushrooms in it and fry them briefly, while stirring.

Add the rice and stir again, add the wine, season with as much salt and black pepper as you desire and serve the rice with mushrooms while the food is warm.
