How to make
First, I prepared the springform pan, I put baking paper on the bottom, which I clamped with the ring.
Then I started to cut the ladyfingers in half and lined them up against the sides of the tin, it's 24cm.
When I was done arranging the halves I dipped whole ladyfingers in the milk and Baileys and arranged them on the bottom.
I poured them with a cream that I prepared from sour cream, jam - mine is homemade from wild pears, powdered sugar. I mix everything by hand.
I poured gelatin with water and when it swelled, I put it in the microwave for 15 seconds to liquefy. I added that to the cream. Mix.
And this is the finished cake cream. On top of it I arranged another row of ladyfingers in the same way. I finished off with the cream and decorated with fruits, strawberries, orange, pearls. You can make whatever decoration you want.
I left the ladyfinger cake in the fridge for three or four hours, or in the freezer for half an hour. After that, I released the finished fruit cake from the ring and placed it on a suitable tray.
