How to make
Wash the steaks and soak up the water from them. Season with salt and black pepper.
Heat the grill. Spread it with a little olive oil and put the steaks on it.
Finely chop the parsley. Press the garlic with a garlic press. Add olive oil and mix.
Once you flip the turkey steaks over, use a silicone brush to brush the seared side with the garlic mixture.
Wait until the bottom is cooked and remove the steaks and place them into a suitable plate.
Serve the Grilled Garlic Turkey Steaks immediately while still warm.
