  • turkey legs - 4
  • yogurt - 4 tbsp.
  • white wine - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
  • oil - 5 tbsp.
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
  • paprika - 1 tsp.
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp.
  • dry sage - 1 tsp.
  • dry oregano - 1 tsp.
  • dry thyme - 1 tsp.

How to make

The turkey legs are washed, dried and sprinkled with salt. Mix yogurt, white wine, oil in a bowl.

Soy sauce, paprika, black pepper, dry sage, oregano and thyme - all the ingredients for the marinade are mixed, then each leg is smeared with the marinade. What remains of it is poured over them.

The turkey legs are left in the marinade for about three hours. Then put them in a tray along with the marinade, cover them with foil and put them in the oven.

They are baked in the oven at 390°F (200°C) for about two hours and the foil is removed shortly before readiness to make the legs an appetizing color.

They are served with an optional side dish.
