How to make
Dissolve the yeast in 2/5 cup (100 ml) of milk and then let it bubble. Puree the boiled potatoes and mix them with the flour. Make a well and add the yeast and remaining milk into it.
Add the oil and knead until the dough starts to come off of your hands. Leave the ready dough in a warm place for 1 hour to rise.
Once the dough doubles in size, begin to form balls from it. Stretch out the balls into fritters and fry on both sides in the heated oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar upon serving.
