How to make
Clean the trout and salt it. Roll it in the spices and let it absorb the flavors.
Stew the onion cut into pieces in fat, add the washed and sliced mushrooms, the garlic and pour the wine. Cook until it remains in fat.
Spread the fish with olive oil. Fill it with the mushroom stuffing. Put it in foil, arrange pieces of lemon and wrap it.
Stew the fish about 30 min in a moderately heated oven.
The stewed trout with stuffing is ready.
