"Trout needs just a little white wine, a pinch of salt and fresh mushrooms. The oven will do the rest."

Ingredients

  • trout - 4
  • mushrooms - 10.6 oz (300 g)
  • white wine - 1 cup
  • butter - 1/2 packet
  • parsley
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Wash the trout, dry and season them with salt and black pepper. Arrange them in a greased with oil oven dish.

Around the fish, add sliced mushrooms and sprinkle with parsley. Pour wine and melted butter.

Bake for 20-30 minutes in a preheated oven.
