  • liver - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • milk - 3.4 fl oz (100 ml)
  • onions - 1 onion
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • tomatoes - 1 jar with peppers
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • savory herb
  • paprika
  • parsley

How to make

Cut the pork liver into medium thick pieces. Place it in a bowl and pour the milk.

Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Remove and strain. Pat dry with kitchen paper and grill in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chopped onion and garlic. Add the blended tomatoes and peppers.

Add the spices and place the liver back into the pan.

Cover and let the dish boil for about 20 minutes, or until the water from the tomato water evaporates.

Serve the appetizer with chopped parsley.
