How to make
Cut the crab sticks and onion very finely.
In a large bowl, add the chopped crab sticks and the onion along with the egg, the grated yellow cheese and the rest of the ingredients.
From the mixture we form balls, which we roll in a mixture of breadcrumbs and corn flour. I also add some homemade paprika.
I don't use egg because the mixture is sticky enough.
We put the finished balls on baking paper and bake at 390°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes.
We serve the ready-made beer appetizer with green salad, garlic sauce and lots of beer!
The crab balls are ready.
